Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
Follow up with candidates till joining
Handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines
Required Skills
Consultancy/Staffing experience is mandatory
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment cycle
Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Shine, etc.
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Target-oriented and pressure-handling capability
