HR Manager

ecruitment & Staffing:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and final selection in collaboration with department heads.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and training of new employees.

Performance Management:

• Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where necessary.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating performance.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts.
• Drive employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and motivation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and recognition.

Policies & Compliance:

• Develop and implement HR policies in line with company objectives and labor laws.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Maintain employee records and HRIS system.

Payroll & Attendance:

• Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the accounts department.
• Manage attendance, leave policies, and timekeeping software.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and design programs for skill enhancement.
• Organize internal/external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Strategic HR & Planning:

• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare HR budgets, manpower planning, and succession planning.
• Provide management with HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.
