Job Description

Verdant Hospital is looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our healthcare team in Jaipur. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide quality healthcare and better lives through effective people management.

  • Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to integrating new hires into the team.
  • Employee Management & Engagement: Oversee daily employee relations and develop initiatives to maintain high morale and staff retention.
  • Payroll Coordination: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain organized and compliant employee records and official paperwork.
