HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager from the FMCG industry to manage and streamline all HR functions. The candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and driving HR strategies aligned with fast-paced FMCG operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially bulk hiring for sales, operations, and supply chain roles
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with FMCG industry standards
• Handle employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
• Manage onboarding, training, and induction programs
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Support field staff management and coordination across locations
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation

• Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR preferred)
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring and field workforce management
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Preferred Skills:Experience handling sales team hiring and retention
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
