HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our company. The candidate should have good communication skills, hiring experience, and the ability to identify suitable candidates for different roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
• Source candidates through portals, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation process for new employees.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment process and job portals.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of recruitment experience preferred
