Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with field sales and technical teams for customer onboarding.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
