Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads via cold calling and convert them into long-term customers.  

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.  

- Sales Techniques: Apply objection handling, negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.  

- Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.  

- Sales Tracking: Accurately track and report sales performance, follow up with leads, and ensure engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of telesales or B2B sales experience, preferably in a US voice process.  

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).  

- Proven negotiation and closing skills.  

- Experience in customer relationship management.  

- Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure.  

- Willingness to work night shifts.
