Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Internship to Full-Time)

About the Role

• Conduct site presentations and walk clients through compliance records (such as JDA and RERA) to ensure absolute transparency and trust.

2. Marketing & Digital Branding

Assist in executing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns across YouTube, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Collaborate on content creation strategies, including video distribution, local market research scripts, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and track competitor activities to identify new growth avenues and lead generation strategies.
• 3. Lead Management & OperationsMaintain and update the CRM database with accurate client interaction details.
• Coordinate closely with team leaders to ensure seamless execution of weekly and monthly sales targets.
