Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves selling software solutions, conducting field visits to potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients for software sales.
• Conduct field visits to demonstrate product features and benefits. Telesales/Lead Generation role for female applicants.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term sales growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide timely follow-up and support to customers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle either SME / Govt and large accounts.
Requirements:
• 0.6-6 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of Tally software is a plus (training will be provided).
• Freshers will exceptional selling skills may also apply.
