Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Counseling & Conversion Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students
  • Guide students on suitable programs, career paths, and opportunities
  • Address queries and objections to convert leads into enrollments
  • Lead Generation & CallingMake outbound calls to prospective students (leads provided + self-generated)
  • Visit colleges, universities, and institutes for Seminar, webinar
  • Sales Target & Funnel ManagementManage the entire admission lifecycle (lead → counseling → conversion)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
  • Track performance metrics and improve conversion ratios
