Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to present products or services.Recruiting Resources
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Inform customers about products or services and address inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Record customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- High school diploma; a degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
