Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs.​
• Set up meetings with potential clients to present products or services.​Recruiting Resources
• Negotiate and close sales deals.​
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.​
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.​
• Inform customers about products or services and address inquiries.​
• Maintain and update customer databases.​
• Record customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.​

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.​
• Self-motivated and target-driven.​
• High school diploma; a degree in Business or Marketing is advantageous.​
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.​
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.​
