Job Description
- Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Identify and approach potential clients including Government Departments, Police Organizations, Educational Institutions, and Corporates.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospects.
- Present company products and services to clients virtually or physically.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending proposals.
- Maintain complete records of leads and customers in CRM software.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Government & Tender SalesWork on GeM Portal opportunities.
- Monitor tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities.
- Coordinate documentation required for government bids.
- Follow up with departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Marketing & ResearchConduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential customers.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and awareness programs related to cyber security and technology solutions.
