पद का नाम (Designation): सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव / काउंटर सेल्स एसोसिएट

कुल पद (Openings): 5-10

अनुभव (Experience): न्यूनतम 1 से 3 वर्ष (ज्वैलरी या लग्जरी रिटेल स्टोर का अनुभव रखने वालों को प्राथमिकता)  

योग्यता (Qualification): 12वीं पास / स्नातक (Graduate)  

वेतन (Salary): ₹12,000 से ₹50,000 प्रति माह + आकर्षक इंसेंटिव्स (योग्यता और अनुभव के अनुसार)

कार्यस्थल (Location): सी-स्कीम / अशोक नगर, जयपुर (राजस्थान)  

📋 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

स्टोर पर आने वाले ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उनकी पसंद के अनुसार बेस्ट ज्वैलरी दिखाने में मदद करना।  

सोने, डायमंड और अन्य कीमती रत्नों/धातुओं से जुड़े उत्पादों की पूरी जानकारी ग्राहकों को देना।  

स्टोर की इन्वेंट्री (Stock) और काउंटर डिस्प्ले को व्यवस्थित और आकर्षक बनाए रखना।  

ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना ताकि वे दोबारा स्टोर पर आएं (Customer Relationship Building)।  

स्टोर के मासिक सेल्स टार्गेट को पूरा करने में अपना योगदान देना।

⭐ आवश्यक स्किल्स (Required Skills):

ज्वैलरी मेटल्स और स्टोन की अच्छी समझ।  

बेहतरीन कम्युनिकेशन और कस्टमर हैंडलिंग स्किल्स।  

स्मार्ट पर्सनालिटी और मिलनसार स्वभाव।

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Inform customers about the features, materials (like gold and diamonds), and craftsmanship of various jewelry pieces.
• Transaction Management: Process sales accurately, including handling different payment methods and issuing receipts.
• Display Maintenance: Keep the jewelry displays organized, clean, and attractive to maximize sales opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Inventory and Stock: Assist with managing inventory, conducting stock control, and keeping displays up-to-date.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Product knowledge of jewelry, including metals and gemstones.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry sector, is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
