The Lead Qualification Manager is responsible for managing and qualifying leads generated from multiple sources, including the company website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Ads, Meta Ads, IndiaMART, Justdial, referrals, phone calls, emails, and other marketing channels. The role involves understanding customer requirements, collecting complete business information, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with the appropriate subject matter expert or sales consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and manage leads from all marketing and sales channels in a timely manner.
• Record and maintain all lead information in the CRM system.
• Collect the following information from every lead:
• Contact Person Name
• Business Name
• Business Category
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• City
• Business Requirements
• Budget
• Priority or Urgency Level
• Understand the customer's business needs and classify each lead under the appropriate product or service category.
• Qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
• Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the appropriate expert or sales consultant.
• Coordinate with both the customer and the assigned expert to confirm the meeting date, time, and communication platform.
• Follow up with leads and maintain records of no response, rescheduled, cancelled, and completed meetings.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate and complete lead information on a daily basis.
• Share lead status and progress updates with the Sales Team and Management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and meeting reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve the lead qualification process and increase lead conversion rates.
