Exotica Creations is a small, direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce store specializing in unique and handcrafted Rakhi products along with numerous other product lines.

Opportunity:

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized intern to play a crucial role in managing our online and in-store operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience of running end-to-end e-commerce business including customer service, operations and inventory management along with team management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Uploading product listings with accurate descriptions and images to our website.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with tracking and managing product inventory levels.
• Supply Chain Management: Placing order with vendors for products with lower inventory levels
• In-Store Sales Support: Supporting in-store sales activities, as needed.
• Order Processing: Processing online orders efficiently and accurately.
• Dispatch and Shipping: Preparing orders for dispatch, booking shipments with various carriers, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries via email and other channels in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (a plus). 
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
