AdyGuru Agency is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert who knows how to scale campaigns — not just run ads.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3–4+ years hands-on experience in Meta Ads

✔️ Managed 30 lac to ₹1 Cr+ ad spend

✔️ Strong expertise in Lead Generation & Sales campaigns

✔️ Proven scaling and optimization skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end

* Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR & conversions

* Perform audience research & competitor analysis

* Monitor daily performance & prepare reports

* A/B testing of ad creatives & landing pages

* Manage budgets & ensure cost-effective spending

* Stay updated with latest trends in Meta advertising

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Sales Campaign

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

* Good analytical & problem-solving skills

* Experience with tracking tools (Pixel setup, events tracking, etc.)

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns for e-commerce

* Good communication skills

Preferred:

* Certification in Meta Ads

* Experience in E-commerce or Lead Generation And Sales campaigns
