Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Meta & Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creative campaign planning abilities, and a proven track record of generating leads, sales, and ROI through digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing page strategies.
- Set up conversion tracking using:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and advertising policies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and paid media strategies.
- Experience with:
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
