About Indian Art Villa
Indian Art Villa is a Jaipur-based handcrafted home décor and gifting brand. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website and export to the USA, UK, and UAE. We are looking for a performance marketer who can run and grow our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Plan and run Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — conversion, awareness, and lead generation
- Manage IAV's monthly Meta ad budget and be accountable for ROAS
- Build and manage audiences — custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
- Monitor campaigns daily — pause bad ads, scale winning ones
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements
- Brief the design team for ad creatives in advance
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports — ROAS, CPR, spend, and revenue
- Run lead generation campaigns for corporate gifting clients
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (must)
- Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram campaign setup and optimisation
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API
- Can write ad copy independently — headlines, primary text, and CTAs
- Understands ROAS, CPR, CTR, CPM, and acts on data—not just impressions
- Experience with A/B testing and audience building
- Google Analytics knowledge is a plus
