Eligibility Criteria
10+2 or Above (Graduates & Undergraduates Can Apply)
Freshers and Experienced Candidates Eligible
Strong Communication Skills in English & Hindi
Comfortable with Rotational Shifts
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome)
Compensation
- International Chat/ Voice: 24000-35000/ month CTC & In-hand 19500-30000 per month ( Based on experience, communication skills)
- Salary offered based on communication skills, experience, and interview performance.
Work Schedule
- Night Shift
- 2 Rotational Week Off
- One-Side Cab Facility Available During Odd Hours
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, refunds, replacements, and account issues
Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines
