Job Description

*ऑफिस चपरासी सह ड्राइवर के कार्य एवं दायित्व*


*कार्य समय*: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे तक

*कार्य दिवस*: रविवार से शनिवार, साप्ताहिक अवकाश 1 मिलेगा


यह दोहरी भूमिका है, इसलिए काम ऑफिस सपोर्ट और ड्राइविंग दोनों में बंटा हुआ है। यहाँ स्पष्ट विवरण दिया गया है:


*1. चपरासी / ऑफिस बॉय के कार्य*

- *कार्यालय रखरखाव*: ऑफिस खोलना/बंद करना, डेस्क की सफाई, धूल झाड़ना, पेंट्री/ऑफिस एरिया को साफ-सुथरा रखना

- *ऑफिस की सफाई*: झाड़ू-पोंछा करना

- *फाइल एवं दस्तावेज कार्य*: फोटोकॉपी, स्कैनिंग, दस्तावेजों की फाइलिंग, हस्ताक्षर करवाना

- *डिस्पैच*: बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस, सरकारी कार्यालयों, ग्राहकों को पत्र, चेक, दस्तावेज पहुंचाना

- *आतिथ्य सत्कार*: स्टाफ और आगंतुकों को चाय, कॉफी, पानी देना। पेंट्री का सामान मैनेज करना

- *बाजार का काम*: ऑफिस का सामान, स्टेशनरी खरीदना, छोटे-मोटे रिपेयर करवाना


*2. ड्राइवर के कार्य*

- *सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग*: स्टाफ, डायरेक्टर या मेहमानों को लाना-ले जाना। वाहन से ऑफिस का काम करना

- *वाहन रखरखाव*: रोजाना कार की सफाई, फ्यूल, ऑयल, टायर प्रेशर चेक करना, समय पर सर्विसिंग,

- *कानूनी अनुपालन*: वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, आरसी रखना। ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करना

- *उपलब्धता*: पूर्व सूचना पर आउटस्टेशन ट्रिप या निर्धारित समय के बाद ड्यूटी के लिए तैयार रहना


- *समयनिष्ठा*: सुबह 9:00 बजे रिपोर्ट करना। छुट्टी के लिए पहले सूचना देना

- *गोपनीयता*: ऑफिस के दस्तावेजों या बातचीत को बाहर किसी से साझा न करना

- *आचरण*: स्टाफ और आगंतुकों से विनम्र व्यवहार

- *संपत्ति की जिम्मेदारी*: चाबियां, वाहन, सौंपी गई ऑफिस संपत्ति की उचित देखभाल करना

- *मल्टी-टास्किंग*: दैनिक प्राथमिकता के अनुसार चपरासी और ड्राइवर का काम बदल-बदल कर करना


*अपेक्षित मुख्य कौशल*

1. वैध LMV ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस

2. बुनियादी पढ़ना-लिखना - हिंदी और अंग्रेजी

3. जयपुर/स्थानीय रास्तों की जानकारी

4. भरोसेमंद और अनुशासित


*नोट*:

1. ड्यूटी समय 9 AM से 7 PM रहेगा। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ओवरटाइम लागू होगा।

2. साप्ताहिक अवकाश प्रबंधन द्वारा रोस्टर के अनुसार दिया जाएगा।

3. _समय-समय पर प्रबंधन द्वारा सौंपा गया कोई अन्य कार्य_ भी करना होगा।
