Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive who will primarily focus on client reporting, MIS preparation, and

operational support. The role requires strong coordination skills, basic data analysis, and client communication to ensure smooth

service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Handling multiple stakeholders including clients’ logistics teams, truck drivers, internal backend teams, and field

technicians for issue resolution

● Client relationship management with a customer-centric service approach

● Preparing and sharing daily / weekly / monthly MIS and operational reports with clients

● Client reporting and data analysis using Excel & Google Sheets

● Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process adherence

● Managing inventory tracking and basic record maintenance

● Supporting service desk operations for inbound calling processes

● Drafting and responding to professional emails and client communication

● Learning internal software/tools and suggesting process improvements

Required Skills

● Basic to intermediate Excel & Google Sheets (MIS, reports, tracking)

● Good email writing and documentation skills

● Strong verbal & written communication

● Ability to analyze data and share insightful operational updates

● Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and clients

● Willingness to learn software and adapt to new processes

Eligibility Criteria

● Gender: Male & Female (Both can apply)

● Experience: 1 year+

● Education: Graduate

● Preferred Background:Calling / Service Desk Operations, Field Operations,BPO, E-Commerce, Logistics

● Shift: Comfortable with rotational shifts

● Salary (CTC): As per industry norms
