Job Description

  • Handling RTO-related work including registration,endorsement, and RC updates.
  • Verification of customer and vehicle documents as per company and financer requirements.
  • Collection of pending documents from customers, dealers, and internal teams.
  • Ensuring proper loan file signing and completion of required agreements & forms.
  • Managing Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conducting field visits for document collection, verification, and coordination when required.
  • Follow-up with customers/dealers for pending documentation.
  • Maintaining documentation tracker and timely closure of PDD cases.
  • Coordination with Operations, Credit, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financer guidelines.
  •  Knowledge of RTO processes and vehicle loan documentation
