Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive advertisement sales and expand business opportunities in the Neem Ka Thana region. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, revenue generation, market coverage, and maintaining strong customer relationships for print and digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients including local businesses, retailers, educational institutes, real estate firms, and traders
• Generate revenue through print and digital advertisement sales
• Conduct daily field visits, client meetings, and sales presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization
• Understand client requirements and provide customized advertising solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth ad release and execution
• Collect payments and maintain proper sales documentation
• Track competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory
• Generate leads through references, networking, and local market mapping

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Ad Sales / B2B Sales / Marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with extensive field work and client interaction
• Good knowledge of Neem Ka Thana and nearby market areas
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
