Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join us immediately. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns on Meta and Google, focusing on two key pillars: driving direct sales for our Shopify store and generating high-quality leads.
This is an urgent requirement. Candidates who can join within 0–7 days will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Search & Social Management
- Meta Ads: Manage end-to-end campaigns (Catalog ads, Advantage+, and Manual conversion campaigns) specifically designed for Shopify conversions.
- Google Ads: Execute Search, Shopping (PMax), and YouTube campaigns to capture intent-based traffic and retarget warm leads.
2. Conversion Rate & Lead Gen Optimization
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels, ensuring a seamless transition from ad click to CRM integration.
- Work closely with the Shopify ecosystem to ensure tracking (Pixel, CAPI, and GA4) is firing accurately for server-side events.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to lower costs and increase quality.
