THE ROLE

----------------------------------------------------------------

As a Field Marketing Executive, you'll be the human face

of FutureSetu in your city. You'll visit schools in person,

train teachers on how to post activities and updates, and

help parents get onboarded to track their child's progress

and share feedback.

This is a ground role — not a desk job. If you love meeting

WHAT YOU'LL DO

----------------------------------------------------------------

1. VISIT SCHOOLS & INSTITUTIONS

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with principals,

trustees, and administrators across schools, coaching

centres and colleges in your assigned area.

2. PITCH & DEMO THE PLATFORM

Explain the value of FutureSetu — parent communication,

expense tracking, AI feedback analysis, teacher

recognition — using live app demos tailored to each

school's needs.

3. TRAIN TEACHERS & ADMIN STAFF

Run hands-on training sessions so teachers can post

daily activities, upload homework, share achievements,

and mark attendance confidently from day one.

4. ONBOARD PARENTS & STUDENTS

Help parents register, link their child's profile, and

start using feedback tools during PTMs, open-days, or

school gate camps. Every parent should leave with the

app installed.

5. DRIVE FEEDBACK COLLECTION

Set up the feedback system in each school so student

and parent voices flow into our AI — turning early

rollouts into case studies and referrals.

6. OWN YOUR AREA'S GROWTH

Track your pipeline, follow up on warm leads, collect

testimonials, and report weekly progress on schools

signed, teachers trained, and parents onboarded.

7. BUILD LOCAL MARKETING CHANNELS

Distribute posters and flyers, organise parent

awareness events, partner with tuition centres, and

represent FutureSetu at local education fairs and

community gatherings.

8. BE THE VOICE OF THE GROUND

Bring back real feedback from schools and parents to

our product team — what's working, what's confusing,

what features they're asking for next.

WHO YOU ARE — MUST HAVE

----------------------------------------------------------------

✅ Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Ed preferred)

✅ Fluent in Hindi + the local language of the assigned area

✅ Comfortable speaking in front of principals and parents

✅ Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence

✅ Smartphone + willingness to travel daily within city

✅ Punctual, presentable, and professional

A TYPICAL DAY (Mon–Sat · 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

▸ MORNING Meet 2–3 principals with scheduled demos

and proposals.

▸ MIDDAY Run a 45-minute teacher training workshop

at an onboarded school.

▸ AFTERNOON Parent registration drive during pickup

time or a scheduled PTM.

▸ EVENING Update CRM, follow up on warm leads, and

plan the next day's route.

COMPENSATION

----------------------------------------------------------------

Monthly take-home: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000

▸ Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000

▸ Performance bonus: Up to ₹5,000

▸ Travel allowance: ₹3,000+

🎓 INTERN TRACK (For Students & Freshers)

We also welcome students and recent graduates to join as

interns and learn the role from the ground up.

💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 / month

🚗 Travel: Reimbursed separately

⏱️ Duration: 2–3 months (flexible)

🎓 Open To: Final-year students + recent graduates

📜 On Completion: Certificate + LinkedIn Recommendation
