Physiotherapy Teacher - BPT Teacher

We are seeking a qualified Fresher or Experienced BPT{ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY} to join our Institution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skill and passion for teaching and mentoring.

The Tutor is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to BPT students. This role involves classroom teaching, clinical instruction, curriculum development, and ensuring students gain the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in nursing practice.

• Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction
• 
  
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for nursing subjects.
• Conduct classroom discussions and encourage active student participation.
• Clinical Training
• 
  
• Supervise and guide students during clinical postings in hospitals/healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Curriculum & Assessment
• 
  
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating nursing curriculum as per university/INC norms.
• Prepare and conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and viva voce.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Student Support & Mentoring
• 
  
• Counsel students on academic and professional development.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
• Research & Development
• 
  
• Encourage research activities and guide students in project work.
• Stay updated with latest trends in nursing education and healthcare.
• Administrative Duties
• 
  
• Maintain student records and academic documentation.
• Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and training programs.
• Qualifications & Skills:For BPT Teacher:
• 
  
• BPT should be from a recognized university (specialty as per requirement).
• Minimum 1–5 years of teaching/clinical experience (as per INC norms).
