Job Description

Job Title: Placement Executive / Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Placement Executive to manage candidate placements and coordinate with companies for job opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact companies and generate job opportunities for students
  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per company requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies
  • Follow up with candidates and employers for interview status
  • Maintain data of candidates, interviews, and placements
  • Ensure smooth placement process from interview to joining


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Basic knowledge of calling and coordination
  • Fresher / 1–2 years experience can apply
  • Confident, active, and ready to learn


Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary
  • Incentive per successful placement
  • 5 days paid training will be provided
