Platform Lead

A purpose driven role for you

Responsible for planning and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of his platform projects (including product planning, R&D, production, purchase and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP – either internal or external projects
Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product quality, cost and timelines for his platform

A Day in the life

Responsible for all product planning and controlling of his platform projects as per the approved Cycle Plan
Responsible for target achievement (CTQ) for his platform projects
Analyses and forwards IPCs from the MLH to the Project Leaders
Plans, sets-up, and executes project structure incl. commonality expectations within his platform
Enforces decision making for problem resolution within the projects of his platform

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ME/ ( MBA)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

15-25 years - Product Development and Project Management
Experienced motorcycle rider
Familiar and experienced in using project management tools

Behavioural Skills

Analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Management and Team Building skills
Planning, organization and a strong follow up capability
Professional background either Chassis Development or Vehicle Integration for several year
