We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Process Coordinator who can efficiently coordinate between departments, manage workflow tracking, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and strong follow-up abilities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✨ Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth process flow
✨ Follow up regularly on work status and pending updates
✨ Maintain proper communication and reporting between teams
✨ Update and manage daily work progress records in MS Excel
✨ Ensure timely workflow tracking and task completion
✨ Support operational efficiency through proper coordination
