Position: Project Engineer – Solar EPC

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills & interview performance)

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects from execution to commissioning.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare project execution plans.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project timelines.
• Monitor daily site progress and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
• Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate material planning, dispatch, receipt, and inventory at project sites.
• Verify BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications before execution.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Coordinate with DISCOM and other authorities for net metering and project approvals, where required.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation, including site reports, measurement sheets, inspection reports, and completion documents.
• Travel to project sites across Rajasthan and other states whenever required.
• Required SkillsDiploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.
• Good understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and installation standards.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project execution.
• PreferredExperience in commercial, industrial, or government solar projects.
• Knowledge of net metering procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
