Job Description

Basic requirements:


  • Minimum 2+ years experience in premium real estate or investment sales
  • Proven record of closing high-ticket deals (1Cr+ or AED equivalent)
  • Strong network with HNI / NRI / investor clients
  • Experience selling luxury or branded residences preferred
  • Ability to handle international buyers and crossborder transactions
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills (not just lead handling)
  • Comfortable with luxury positioning, high value consultations, and deal structuring
