Job Description
Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will be the face of our premium residential project. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing deals with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), NRIs, and top-tier investors. The ideal candidate possesses an extensive network in Jaipur, a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, and the finesse required to guide elite clientele through a high-value purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Site Tours: Conduct highly professional and persuasive site visits, articulating the unique selling propositions (USPs), architectural brilliance, and lifestyle benefits of the luxury project.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively hunt for new business through direct networking, corporate tie-ups, and managing inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with premium real estate brokers and wealth managers to drive indirect sales.
- Negotiation & Closing: Expertly handle objections, negotiate high-value transactions, and close sales while maintaining company margins and project prestige.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the Jaipur luxury real estate market, tracking competitor pricing, upcoming premium projects, and buyer trends.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Provide an exceptional, white-glove experience from the first interaction through to handover, ensuring high customer satisfaction and generating referral business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and client feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 2 years specifically focused on high-end or luxury residential properties.
- Target Audience Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successfully selling to HNWIs, corporate executives, and NRIs.
- Communication & Grooming: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Extremely polished presentation and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of RERA regulations, property documentation, and the home loan process.
- Local Network: Strong knowledge of prime Jaipur micro-markets (e.g., C-Scheme, Civil Lines, Vaishali Nagar, Malviya Nagar) and a robust network of local channel partners.
