Job Description
Vibrant Speech & Hearing Centre is hiring a Front Office & Parent Coordination Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Handle parent inquiries and appointments
• Attend calls and WhatsApp messages
• Maintain patient records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with therapists and parents
• Upload basic social media posts/status
• Help in day-to-day clinic management
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and professional behaviour
