Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a well-organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
• Maintain visitor records, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination.
• Receive and manage couriers, packages, and official documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain basic office records, reports, and front desk documentation.
