IRS DREAM BUILDER PVT LTD. is a growing real estate selling company in Jaipur, specializing in plots and residential properties. We are looking for an energetic, soft-spoken, and persuasive individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representatives and Telecallers and marketing personals.

Job Summary

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling the front desk, welcoming clients, managing incoming calls, and making outbound calls to potential buyers to generate site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, walk-ins, and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Explain property details, investment opportunities, and project benefits to potential buyers.
• Convert leads into site visits/meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule appointments and manage the property visits.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client conversations, and feedback in a Excel sheet.
• Update database of client queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass required.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).
• Location: Based in prime location in Mansarovar, Jaipur and able to commute to daily.
• Languages: Strong verbal skills in Loacal Rajathan Landugage, Hindi and basic English.
• Skills: Good telephone etiquette, persuasive skills, and basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).
• Attitude: Polite, energetic, and resilient to handling rejection.
