Designation : Relationship Manager


> Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.

> Generate business through the agency channel.

> Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.

> Develop strong relationships with advisors and customers.

> Conduct field activities, meetings, and joint sales calls.


Candidate profile :

• Qualification : Graduate

• Experience : Min 1 year of Banking / Finance / Insurance Sales

• Age criteria : 24 to 45 YEARS
