Relationship Officer – Field Sales

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products (Personal/Business/Gold Loans).
• Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and follow-ups.
• Explain product details, collect documents, and coordinate for loan disbursal.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience (NBFC/Banking preferred).
• Good communication skills & willingness for field work.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
