About the RoleIndia Travel etc is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Travel Operations & Marketing Executive to support our growing travel business. This role combines operational responsibilities with creative and client-facing tasks, making it ideal for someone who is both organized and proactive, with an interest in travel design and digital communication.

1. Key Responsibilities. Travel Operations & Reservations (Primary Role)Handle hotel bookings and reservations across India and other destinations

• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, vouchers, and client files
• Manage documentation and file organization for ongoing and completed trips
• Ensure timely confirmations and follow-ups with all stakeholders

2. Tour Planning & Client SupportAssist in designing customized tour itineraries based on client requirements

• Prepare detailed travel proposals and quotations
• Support the team in refining travel programs and guest experiences

3. Marketing & Communication (Secondary Role) Manage and update social media platforms (content posting, engagement, basic strategy)

• Assist in email communication with clients and partners
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Contribute to content creation (basic writing, visuals, or coordination with designers)
• Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in travel operations, reservations, or tourism industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills (written and verbal in English; French is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Interest in travel, culture, and itinerary design
