Retail Sales Executive

CM Bakers is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesman to assist customers, promote bakery products, and ensure excellent service at the store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle sales transactions efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bakery products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, promotions, and new products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sales area.
• Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass.
• Prior experience in retail, bakery, food, or FMCG sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.
