Retail Store Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring a Retail Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of our factory outlet counter, ensuring smooth sales, inventory, and customer service for our cattle feed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail outlet/counter
• Ensure product availability and proper stock management
• Supervise/Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation
• Ensure B2B growth
• Expansion of retail network
• Maintain merchandising standards and outlet cleanliness
• Build relationships with walk-in customers and local pashupalaks
• Coordinate with warehouse/factory for timely stock replenishment
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report to management
• Onboard customers onto the Gauri Brand app for repeat orders
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints on the spot
• Supervise counter staff (if any) and ensure discipline

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail sales/outlet management (agri/FMCG background preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
• Strong communication skills, especially with local farmers
• Honest, disciplined, and target-driven
• Own Two-wheeler (for local coordination if required)

Salary Range: ₹40000 to ₹60000 per month + incentives on sales targets
