The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful property sales while achieving monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads through digital platforms, referrals, channel partners, and direct marketing.Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.Arrange and conduct property presentations and site visits.Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM software.Coordinate with the marketing, finance, and customer support teams for seamless transactions.Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and convincing ability.Customer-focused and target-driven attitude.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work independently and in a team.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive Fixed SalaryAttractive Sales IncentivesPerformance BonusCareer Growth OpportunitiesTraining & DevelopmentSupportive Work Environment
