Job Description

GenBeta Kids is a growing kidswear brand offering comfortable, stylish, and affordable clothing for babies, toddlers, and young children. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Supervise and motivate store staff to maximize performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and stock requirements.
  • Implement promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
