TRAINING DAYS : 10-15 DAYS UNPAID ( PG Provide by company side training prioad )
job agreement period - 2 year
- Job Responsibilities:Handle face-to-face client counselling and consultation professionally.
- Understand client concerns related to skin, wellness, weight management, beauty, or healthcare services.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and services to clients in detail.
- Convert walk-in and inquiry clients into successful sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Provide proper guidance and recommend suitable skin and wellness programs according to client needs.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and counselling targets assigned by management.
- Maintain client records, feedback, and counselling reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments for smooth client service.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain professional behaviour at the workplace.
- Candidate Requirements:Candidate should have experience in face-to-face client dealing and counselling.
- Strong convincing and communication skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of skin, wellness, slimming, beauty, or healthcare services.
- Positive personality with presentable appearance.
- Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-achievement capability.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counselling/sales profile preferred.
