Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to handle customer communication, order processing, back-office operations, website product management, and dispatch activities. The role requires basic computer skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day operations.

• Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer communication and sales follow-up.
• Order management and coordination.
• Back-office administration and record keeping.
• Website product listing and updates.
• Packing, dispatch, and shipment coordination.
• TasksCall customers and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Process and confirm customer orders.
• Upload and update products on the website.
• Maintain customer, sales, and order records.
• Respond to WhatsApp, phone, and email inquiries.
• Pack products and coordinate dispatch.
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• RequirementsBasic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Internet).
• Good communication and telecalling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, ecommerce, or back-office work is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
