About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in technical sales, with mandatory experience in the solar industry. The role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

• Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions with prospective customers.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with the design and execution teams.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the ERP/CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project handover and customer support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, government policies, and solar market developments.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and pipeline updates for management review.
• Required QualificationsB.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), BBA, or MBA.
• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Sales.
• Solar sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of solar power systems and EPC business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and MS Office.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
