Location : Jaipur/ Alwar( Rajasthan)

CTC - Upto 6 LPA

Job Responsibilities

 Achieve monthly secondary sales and distribution targets for the assigned territory.

 Visit retail outlets as per beat plan to ensure regular order booking and product visibility.

 Coordinate with distributors for timely billing, stock availability, and scheme execution.

 Implement trade promotions and ensure merchandising standards at the point of sale.

 Track competitor activities, pricing, and trade feedback for market intelligence.

 Submit daily sales and market activity reports accurately and on time.

Requirement :

Education: Graduate from any institute .

Experience: 0–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or FMCG/consumer goods industry.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong communication and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors.

 Good knowledge of secondary sales process, route planning, and market execution.

 Self-motivated with ability to achieve targets under minimal supervision.

 Proficient in using mobile sales apps or reporting tools for data entry and analysis.

 Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.

Preferred Traits:

 Self-motivated and proactive with a high learning agility.

 Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Travel: Around 15 day’s in a Month
