Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable furniture solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Welcome and attend walk-in customers in the showroom.Understand customer requirements related to furniture, space, design, and budget.Explain product features, materials, sizes, pricing, warranties, and customization options.Suggest suitable furniture products and design solutions.Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for sales closure.Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions.Coordinate with billing, delivery, warehouse, and installation teams for order fulfillment.Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat business and referrals.Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.Ensure showroom display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.Stay updated on market trends, furniture designs, and competitor offerings.Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and update CRM records.Required Skills:Strong communication and convincing skillsSales and negotiation abilityCustomer handling & relationship managementBasic computer knowledge (Excel / Billing / CRM)Good presentation and grooming
