🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / BDE who can generate new business opportunities and bring clients for our digital marketing services.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits
- Pitch digital marketing services (Social Media, Ads, Branding, etc.)
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal marketing team for client requirements
Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Confidence in client handling and closing deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Experience in sales / business development preferred
EligibilityMinimum: 6 months – 2 years experience in sales/BDE
- Freshers with strong communication & sales mindset can also apply
- Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
Skills PreferenceProven experience in sales / business development (preferably in digital marketing or services industry)
- Strong lead generation skills (calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, field sales)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Good convincing & negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, Website, etc.)
- Ability to identify client needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Experience in closing deals independently
- Comfortable with target-based work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead management systems
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn incentives
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)Experience in agency sales / marketing sales
- Existing network of local business owners / SMEs in Jaipur
- Knowledge of Instagram/Facebook Ads or Google Ads basics
- Field sales experience
