Sales Manager - CASA-RL SALES-Sales
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales strategies for the CASA-RL SALES division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the banking industry.
As the Sales Manager for CASA-RL SALES, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the banking industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

- Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including sales forecasting and pipeline management.
