Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies while actively driving sales to support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits
• Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Marketing Responsibilities:Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist in branding and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Willingness to travel (for field sales roles)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Experience with online advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
